#1. Creed finally got rid of the "B" and "plug" or known to most as a blanket and pacifier. Amazingly easy actually, Cam sent him to bed one night while I was gone without them as a punishment and voila. Nap time next day was a little sad for both mommy and Creed but we survived and he hasn't missed them since. We aren't totally cruel and have allowed him to have his "B" still but I guess its not the same if its not a package deal. He isn't as dependent on it.
Creeds favorite nap place, my pregnancy body pillow which he called his space ship.
Before we got rid of the plug.
Creeds "B" which is almost a rag now and his "plug" byebye
#2. We just returned from a 2 1/2 week vacation to Utah and Idaho for lots of family fun get togethers. In Huntsville at the reservoir we had a reunion with my moms side that hasn't happened in years. In fact I think its the first time a lot of the family have even met Mackguire.I love seeing all my cousins and relatives. I wish we got together more. It was especially fun to see my cousins triplet boys who are 4 months older than Creed. Can I say super mom. Unfortunately all the photos are on my moms camera so they probably won't be shared. The boys loved hanging out with my brother Spencer's girls. They were entertained for days and we rarely heard a peep out of them. The best!
My boys and their cousins. We had so much fun playing with them!

#3. We went to Idaho for the 4th to spend with Cams family which is always fun for me. I love being in Rexburg at that time. I don't know why it just seems like that is where the 4th should be. Maybe because I have tried to go to other parades and it just isn't the same if you don't anyone in it. Especially for my boys who waited the whole parade looking for Grandpa on his campaign float.
The favorite Rexburg Carousel after playing at the splash park
Creed wrestling with Uncle Mitch, I just really thought the picture was cute so had to share
Grandpa with the boys on the bear feeding truck at Bear world. The boys loved it.
This bear was so funny, he would raise his hand as if to say "pick me" we got a good laugh.
Creed feeding a deer at Bear world
Creed and Grandma on the roller coaster ride at Bear world. This picture is before the ride started when he thought he would like it. That smile lasted 30 seconds before it turned to sheer terror. This boy sure isn't my thrill seeker.
#4. Can I just say I have the best in-laws. They were so gracious to let the boys and I stay an extra week and drive us half way home the next Saturday where Cam met us. Just so I could stay and have some "me time" before baby comes. I got a whole day of shopping with my oldest friend Mandy (we've been pretty tight since nursery when we were 3). Then the next day we got mani, pedi, and facials. I got to hang out with other dear friends from High School at Rigby Lake and the park. Super fun. The only downer that happened was while we were there I got a call from Cam saying that he got selected for some advanced instrument training course in Oklahoma for 3 weeks. And he was leaving Monday morning. So we only got one day with Daddy before we got separated again. Had we known I wouldn't have stayed the extra week in Idaho and we probably could have all gone together. Oh well. Whats another month apart this year right?
Creeds Indiana Jones look, he made Grandma find him a hat and a whip to get the whole effect
The Josh and Marie Fullmer clan at Rigby Lake, sorry Sarah what happened to the picture of our brood together. Next time!
#5. Speaking of the park, my last post idea is pretty random but one of the greatest draws to the city parks in Rexburg they actually have free lunch every weekday from 11:30-1:00 for kids under 18. Its some grant that the school district got. So trucks arrive at the city parks with well balanced nutritional lunches. I have never heard of anything like this before. The days we took advantage was such a treat for the boys. They loved trying to guess what we were going to eat that day. Pretty great. Ok so I know I had many more thoughts to share but to spare everyone from a short novel I just shared some of the highlights.

Heather, I am one of the two people who have been waiting for this post! Your 5 ideas were very cute and adventurous..sorry you have to be alone...but I'm so mad. We are going to Rexburg July 18-26...couldn't we have planned that better? Wow, and I'll have to check out the free lunches for my kids...even though it seems a little strange! Love you...
I'm glad the reason you haven't posted lately was because you were busy having fun! What's better than that?!
Miss you, buddy!
Everytime the 4th rolls around I am sad if I am not in the 'Burg. There is nothing like that parade and common, the celebration is called Whoopee Days! Could it be funnier?
Wow...the carousel, Rigby Lake, 4th of July and Bear world...I'm a little home sick for Rexburg now. Could Mackguire look any more like Cam Jr.? I loved seeing pics of your in-laws. They are great people. Hope you are feeling well!
We were in Rexburg also over the fourth, and I have to say the parade was great. I love Rexburg over the fourth. Wish we could have seen you. Hope you are doing good without Cam.
Heather, I think I am the second person that has been waiting forever to see what the craps been going on. You should of called when you were in Utah. Next time right. Looks like you were busy having fun. Hope all is going well with the baby.
His blanket is so shredded! Ha ha ha. It is so hard to get rid of the pacifiers! My daughter sucks her thumb... now how do I get rid of that???
We are heading out to Rexburg tomorrow for another reunion. Fun, fun! Too bad we all missed each other!
I'm sorry Cam is leaving again.
I'm so mad I didn't come to SD with you. I haven't had one thing to do since you left! My pedi looks like crap now! You really gave me the bug to start sewing now, but I don't have a sewing maching-(it might help?)It was a blast to hang out with you- you are the best and I must say an unbelievable shopper! WOW you can go and go and go! Love ya, miss ya Mandy
Heather-
Looks like you covered all the main attractions there is to see in the rexburg area. It was good to see you for a second, all cute and prego. I don't think I have ever seen you pregnant. I have a big old pillow like that. My kids still fight over who gets to sleep with it. Any who, good to see you. Iam gonna link you up if you don't mind.
Hi Heather,
Sounds like you had a good trip. Call me if you ever want to get the boys together.
hi Heather! I enjoyed this post, I can't believe so much has changed in Rexburg in the past couple of years: splash park? roller coaster @ bear world? LUNCH at the parks? We got jipped, don't ya think?
